School groups can book Tue–Sun with start times between 10:00 and 18:30 (Mon closed; min. 15 – max. 45 students).

- 1 session = max. 15 people, approx. 80 minutes; sessions start 30 minutes apart
- Up to 15 people: approx. 80 minutes
- 16–30 people: approx. 110 minutes
- 31–45 people: approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Booking, payment & cancellation

- Base programme tickets payable on site
- IMPORTANT! Headcount can be changed no later than 24 hours before the event. After that, the ticket price for everyone in the booking — students and teachers — must be paid, regardless of how many people actually attend.
- Cancellation at least 72 hours before the event; later cancellation forfeits the advance payment
- Remaining balance payable on site or by bank transfer
