1. Definitions

1.1. Service provider: Valorvero Kft. (registered office: 1152 Budapest, Szentmihályi út 131. Pólus Center ép. Wall Street lház. 21., company reg. no.: 01-09-955106, tax no.: 23145975-2-42)

1.2. Visitor: Any person using the Exhibition services. The exhibition is recommended from age 12, as it includes several war-related and emotionally intense scenes. Basic historical knowledge is an advantage for a fuller understanding of the experience. Younger children may attend when accompanied by an adult, at the parent's (legal guardian's) responsibility. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

1.3. Parties: The Service provider and the Visitor together.

1.6. T&C: These Terms and Conditions, which the Service provider may amend unilaterally where justified, with immediate publication on the Website and at ticket desks.

1.7. Event: Group programmes (e.g. corporate team-building, school trips) involving exclusive or shared use of all or part of the Exhibition, and – by separate agreement – additional services (e.g. interactive lessons).

2. Admission tickets

2.1. Valid admission is required except for occasional free programmes announced by the Service provider.

2.2. Current ticket prices are published on the Website and at ticket desks.

2.3. Tickets must be kept for the entire visit and may be checked by staff.

2.4. Occasional discounts may apply as announced by the Service provider.

2.5. Payment on site: cash, bank card, OTP SZÉP card, MBH SZÉP card, gift vouchers, partner apps, and online via the Bokun booking system on our Website.

2.6. Vouchers may be redeemed within their validity period only. After expiry they cannot be used and no refund is due. Extensions may be requested by email within the validity period.

2.7. Admission entitles the Visitor to a maximum stay of 100 minutes.

3. Conditions of participation

3.1. By purchasing a ticket or entering the Exhibition, the Visitor accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3.2. Intense light effects occur; visitors attend at their own risk.

3.3. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. The exhibition is recommended from age 12; under 12, attendance is at the parent's (legal guardian's) responsibility.

3.4–3.7. Running is prohibited. Damage may result in liability. Entry may be refused to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited. Wet footwear/clothing is not permitted.

3.8. Cloakroom use is free and mandatory in specified cases; a HUF 100 coin may be required. Large bags, umbrellas, and backpacks must be checked in; no backpacks may be worn on the back.

3.9–3.12. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in the cloakroom except where prohibited by mandatory law. Lost property should be handed in at the cloakroom. Bottles, food, drinks, toys, sharp objects, and dangerous items are prohibited; one sealed 0.5 L bottle in a bag is permitted for medical reasons.

3.13–3.16. Photography and video for personal use is permitted with respect for other visitors' privacy. Visitors must behave appropriately and protect exhibits and installations. Please collect belongings from the cloakroom at least 10 minutes before closing and leave the building by closing time.

4. Photo and video recordings

Visitors may take photos and videos for personal use, respecting others' personality rights. The Exhibition logo may appear in personal content. By entering, visitors acknowledge that public events may be recorded without separate consent from individuals appearing incidentally.

5. Events

Group Events may be organised at the Exhibition. Contact our team for details. A written quote, acceptance within the deadline, and deposit payment are required unless waived for school groups. The organiser (client) is responsible for ensuring participants comply with these Terms; adequate adult supervision is required for school groups.

6. Exhibits and installations

Exhibits and installations must not be misused, climbed on, or damaged. Warning signs must be observed. Damage costs may be charged to the Visitor.

7. Refunds

Ticket prices cannot be refunded after leaving the ticket desk. Please inform yourself about the Exhibition before visiting. Serious or repeated breaches of these Terms may result in removal without refund.

8. Complaints, governing law, and language

Questions and complaints: Valorvero Kft. · info@timemachinebudapest.hu. We respond within eight (8) working days. Hungarian law applies. These Terms are available in Hungarian and English; the Hungarian version prevails in case of discrepancy.
